I am an economist specialised in public policy (science, technology and innovation; culture and education; environment).
At present, I work as innovation and digital adviser to the Secretary of State for Environment.
I participate in conferences and workshops related to international and national science and innovation policy,
I have worked as Head of Metrics Department, Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology, Ministry of Economy, Spain. In this position, I have been the Spanish delegate in the OECD ( to the National Expert on Science and Technology Indicators); and national expert on Research and Innovation (European Commission).
I have consulted for UNESCO and served as economic and innovation advisor to the vicepresident of Castille-La Manche for four years.
I have also worked in the private sector, lately as innovation strategist/consultant
I have lectured at the Instituto de Empresa Business School, University Carlos III and University San Pablo CEU
As academic background, I hold a B.A in Law, B.A. in Economics, Master of Applied and Quantitive Economics, Executive Master in Information Technolgy and Digital innovation (IE, business school).
I am currently in my third year as a PhD student at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid
I sepak fluently English, French and Italian (Spanish, mother tongue)
